Booking Information

Adult classes: booking opens Tuesday November 22 at 9am

Children/young people's classes: booking opens Thursday November 24 at 9am

Please note: there are 2 different booking dates for adults and children/young people!

 

To book your place for a class, workshop or group

Please note we cannot take email reservations or bookings in the Norfolk Dance office on November 22 & 24
Send your booking form with payment to Norfolk Dance, The Garage, Chapel Field North, Norwich NR2 1NY.

Your reservation will be held for 7 days.
We cannot guaruntee to hold your place for longer than 7 days if you do not receive payment. If the start of your course or workshop is less than 7 days from reservation please send payment immediately.

 

Payment

Pay by debit or credit card over the phone. Please note if you pay by card you will still need to send the booking form.

Pay cash at the Norfolk Dance office – except on Nov 22 & 24. Send a cheque made payable to norfolk Dance

 

Availability

Places are not held from one term to the next so even if you have attended during the previous term you will need to book again for the new term.

Concessions

Concessions apply to pensioners, the unwaged, students in full time education, Go4Less cardholders and registered disabled people. Proof of status will be necessary; please bring this with you to your first class or workshop.

 
Booking Form

If you would like to book a place on any of the classes or workshops you can print off a booking form by clicking on the booking form option below (scroll to the bottom of this page)

Please note, your details from the booking form are automatically entered onto our database so that we can send you future brochures and information about upcoming events, workshops etc. If you do not want us to add you details to our database please indicate this on your booking form.

 

After downloading the booking form please return the completed booking form  to Norfolk Dance with a cheque or you can pay over the phone using a credit/ debit card.

 

Please note that Norfolk Dance reserves the right to alter or withdraw classes or workshops without prior notice. No refunds can be given unless the class or workshop is cancelled.
