Contemporary Beginners/Improvers
Refreshing and invigorating sessions with emphasis on ease and effectiveness of movement. Build flexibility and strength through exercises and choreographed sequences.

Similar to the beginners/improvers class, but for people with a good level of experience of contemporary dance, wanting to improve and develop their technique and skills

For dancers, dance artists and practitioners with a minimum of 3 years professional training

Contemporary Dance for over 50s
For adults 50 years plus
Contemporary sessions
Energizing sessions with an emphasis on mobilising the body, improving fitness and developing flexibility. Relaxed, supportive and invigorating.

Mosaic - Over 50's Creative Group
A chance to build skills and to explore creativity, choreography and improvisation. (Only available to those attending Contemporary session)

Adult Ballet
For adults 16 years plus
Ballet Beginners
Graceful movement, strengthening exercises and the chance to develop your co-ordination and alignment. Gentle pace - suitable for beginners and those wishing to work more slowly and methodically.
Tutor:
Ballet Improvers
Graceful movement, strengthening exercises and the chance to improve your co-ordination and alignment. Medium pace - for returners and people with some experience, wishing to progress and ready for a bit more of a challenge.

Ballet Intermediate
Graceful movement, strengthening technique and develop movement quality. Fast pace - for people with good experience and wanting to work on skills and technique.

Pilates
For adults 16 years plus
Gentle focused exercise that tones, stretches and conditions. Relaxing sessions that will increase your mobility and co-ordination, and strengthen your back and abdominal muscles.

Suitable for all ages including older people.

D4Dance
For adults 16 years plus
D4Dance is a dynamic dance company especially for adults with Learning Disabilities. It has been successfully running for seven years with a many committed dancers. D4Dance meet once a week during term time. During the sessions we work on building confidence, creativity and making interesting and inspiring choreography. The company often has many exciting performance opportunities, recent examples include performing at the Great Yarmouth Out There! Festival and travelling to Bruges to perform with other dance companies. D4Dance welcomes new members who are committed and enjoy dance!

Adult Street Dance Beginners
For 16 years plus
This new class is aimed towards those making their first steps into the world of dance. We will work on general body movement and personal confidence whilst learning routines to old and new chart topping songs. The class will include a range of dance styles focusing primarily on Street and Commercial dance, perfect for gearing yourself up for that first time on the dance floor. in the fun, friendly and relaxed atmosphere, we will also work on movement memory, as routines from previous weeks will be added and perfected throughout the course.

Adult Street Dance Improvers
For 16 years plus
This new class is aimed at those wishing to push themselves to the next level, based on a high energy, eclectic fusion of varied dance styles, focusing primarily on Street and Commercial dance. The sessions work on building personal confidence and performance skills, whilst improving movement retainment, as routines learnt will be continually revised and expanded. Experience in this style of dance is preferred but not essential.

Jazz
For 16 years plus
This new Jazz class requires energy and enthusiasm in buckets. The main focus will be on the development beyond the basics of jazz dance technique and will progress participants knowledge. Class will include a warm - up aimed to develop strength, flexibility, correct alignment and coordination. Followed by progressions across the floor and dance combinations of lyrical, traditional and popular jazz dance styles.
