We recommend to wear clothes you can move freely in and to bring an extra layer. A bottle of water will come in handy whichever class you do!

Hip / Hop / Street Dance : Trainers or plimsolls

Ballet : Ballet shoes are recommended

Contemporary and Creative : classes are in barefeet

 


The right class for you?

There is a class or workshop in the programme to suit everyone regardless of age, size, shape or ability. This guide will help you to choose the right level for you:


Open : all levels of experience and ability

Beginners : no experience / have fun and learn the basics

Improvers : some experience / wanting to improve

Intermediate : good experience / develop your skills and technique

 

Disabled people are welcome to all activities; no additional or special support will be provided except for D4Dance.
