Disabled people are welcome to all of our activities. No additional or specific support will be provided except for Do Your Thing! and D4Dance (see below).

The Garage is fully accessible for disabled people with toilet and shower facilities adjacent to the Dance Studio.There is a drop-off point in front of The Garage; we regret that there is no specific parking for disabled people next to the building. 

At the moment we run the hugely successful D4Dance group for adults 16 years plus with learning difficulties. We offer both weekly classes and Saturday workshops - please see below. We also offer Do Your Thing! workshops for children aged 6-11 years with learning difficulties and physical disabilities. Please see below for more information.

D4Dance

For adults 16+

Everybody is welcome to join this group for adults with learning difficulties. The chance to explore different ideas and themes and create new dances. D4Dance regularly take part in Turnstyle -Norfolk Dance's annual Dance Platform at The Playhouse.

Do Your Thing!

For 6 - 11 years

Fun and creative dance sessions geared towards children with learning difficulties and physical disabilities.
